Officers were elected unanimously.
The new president of the League City Dog Park Association is Barbara Graves. The new Vice-President is Charlotte Moore. The new secretary is Sarina Barcomb. The new Treasurer is Kevin Kopp.
Bylaws were adopted and it was agreed that we would begin the process of filing the appropriate paperwork with the Texas Secretary of State and the IRS so that we can finalize the process of converting to a 501c(3) corporation.

I want to bring some important matters to your attention. I did not hear much back from my last email although I do know a couple of you did follow my advice and send emails to elected officials in League City to let them know of the support for the dog park. However, I really think we need to increase our involvement with this project as it continues to reach a conclusion.
